Suspension Issues

Hello,

Today I was in the process of downloading a few games I bought, and I received a notification plus an email saying that I received some Enforcement Action.

Upon checking the website provided in the email, it says my account was suspended for communication violations.

First off, in the past two weeks I have only been involved in two cases which included swearing or anything against the rules - the first being on Forza Horizon 3, where upon joining the game I was followed around and CONTINUOUSLY rammed by two players who
were obviously friend's, that I had never met before, pushing me into walls and keeping me there so I couldn't move. I messaged him over the xbox, said less than two swear words and reported them both. They received no bans or enforcement action.

The second case was on Tom Clancy's Wildlands, where upon joining a dude named ozzyburgo who I again did not know, continuously threw C4 at me and blew me up, to then teabag me while I laid dying on the ground. I reported him for this behavior (which continued
for 10 or so minutes) and I still saw him online every day for the next week without any sign of enforcement. I cussed him out once and left the game.

Now - on the website it says this;

"The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length

The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months"

When it comes to getting a case review. My suspension was for two days ie 42 hours, and was less than 2 hours ago. Yet I cannot get a review and there is no one I can contact about this issue. That does not seem fair.

It also says, in the message, that;

Temporary suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox One.

Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges untilSun Apr 02 2017 00:23:24 GMT+0800 (AWST).

Permanent suspension impact? So I cannot log into Xbox live, from any device, permanently? That's disgusting. I hope this is not so or I will be lodging a complaint with the ombudsman against Microsoft. I am a paying player with a membership to a service
you provide, and to be permanently removed from that service, after my first ever suspension, would be gross misconduct from your company.

How do I get a suspension like this, for being, and excuse my french, pissed off, about players ruining my game experience for their amusement, yet they receive no enforcement whatsoever for their violations of the rules? Why are companies so biased as to
punish the victim but not punish the people that create the issues in the first place.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re adding the account.

i recently had a suspension and it was supposes to end at 830 last night. Ive applied for an appeal and done everything possible on my end and im still feeling the effects of the ban, like i cant send messages or party chat, and some games wont operate properly.
Anyone have any ideas?

 

now since this happened my Xbox keeps screwing up continuously asking me to sign in, giving error codes for every game I try to play (this game is taking too long to load, Xbox guide is taking too long to load, etc etc) console continuously rebooting itself,
freezing, won't even let me add another account to my console.

Ffs it was perfectly fine before my suspension that shouldn't of even happened and now its going haywire!
