Suspension issues. HELP!!!!

Afternoon,

One of the accounts on my home Xbox (I am the gold account holder) has been, we believe, unfairly put onto a communications ban.

This account is unable to use the online appeals process because of the lack of a Gold pass, and my account does not display the infraction so I cannot raise the appeal on this accounts behalf.

Please advise - Microsoft chat suggested making a new account which is silly given the hours invested into the other account, plus in no way have we been informed why the account was banned or given any chance to try and explain/defend the issue.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we're unable to speculate what could've been the reason as to why you received a communication ban in the first place. As you may know, the Enforcement team does not use the forums, so they will not be able to respond here. Our suggestions would
be to going on http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and possibly asking about the other account, or continuing to speak with
phone or chat support about it as we're unable to assist with actions taken by the Enforcement team here on the forums.

Hopefully that gets resolved for you!

Well considering it's still June if that date is correct then the suspension isn't over.
