Suspension issue

I was suspended for 2 weeks and as of yesterday at approximately 8:30 PM EST my suspension was lifted, but I'm still unable to talk to people/text people or basically I have no communication. However though, I am able to play online. I just don't understand
why I have no communication. Please help

I was playing rainbow six seige with my friends when we came across [Mod Removed] and
[Mod Removed] whom reported me for bad communications, I had not said anything to these guys in my life play 2 ranked matches and won both, and they got me banned for communications so now I cannot talk to my friends on my only day off of
my 66 hr week. I had contacted Xbox support and I was sent to enforcement.xbox.com who did nothing bud inform me how to report them back. No option to review my case or anything. I wish to have my false suspension lifted so I can rejoin my friends and continue
enjoying the services I Paid for.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not post on the forums. Filing a case review is the only way to contact them. However, if it is only a 24 hours suspension, you will not be able to submit a review since it takes longer
than 24 hours for them to review the case.

This could be a number of reasons. The first thing I would try, if I was you, is to remove your account and re download it back onto your Xbox console.

This didn't work, I tried it and it's still doing the same thing

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way
to currently find out if an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support

1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

They cannot assist with enforcement, but they can tell you if you have an active enforcement action not showing on the website.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re adding the account.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If your ban got an extension that is not listed on the enforcement page there is no way to appeal it.

now since this happened my Xbox keeps screwing up continuously asking me to sign in, giving error codes for every game I try to play (this game is taking too long to load, Xbox guide is taking too long to load, etc etc) console continuously rebooting itself,
freezing, won't even let me add another account to my console.

Ffs it was perfectly fine before my suspension that shouldn't of even happened and now its going haywire!
