Suspension is still quite unclear

I have said this before but I only got a link to go to the enforcement website to submit a case review or see my reason why I was banned, but that wasn’t quite what the problem was. On my Xbox when I try to sign in it says that my account was permanently banned HOWEVER on the enforcement site it says it was a 14 day ban which I will gladly wait out and to be honest I’ve definitely learned my lesson, but I’m not sure if my account is permanently banned or just suspended for 14 days and apparently other people have had this issue and it is pretty frustrating, but hopefully someone knows what the issue is but I’m quite worried that my account has been permanently banned. Hopefully that isn’t the case anyone who has the same problem I wish you luck and I hope you get your account back,

The same exact thing happened to me, it said it would be 14 days on the enforcement site, but on my console it said perma-ban.

That was in October of last year...

I haven't had a console ban, i can i still play and use it on other accounts, and this was the first ban i know of. The problem i have is that i don't know when i will be un-suspended as my console says its permanent but the enforcement says 2 weeks and this whole situation has been stressful and really all i can do is hope.

Hey I just had this same exact issue. It is not permanent. I just got unsuspended today! Seems that all you have to do is wait out the duration.

if you have had quite a few bans or it was serious enough they can issue a normal ban on your account and a console ban, i dont think console bans are listed in the enforcement section as they cannot be appealed.
