Suspension is lifted but I cannot go online or talk to friends

I received a two week ban to communications due to my profile picture. On the enforcement website that is also my only listed suspension. But after a few days of the suspension I tried to go online on my account and found that no account on my Xbox could
go online. After contacting a case review nothing was mentioned about the online services ban. All suspension actions were said to be lifted after that said date. But it is passed the date I was supposed to be suspended untill and I still can not go online
or talk to friends even though it says on enforcement I have no active suspensions or anything

Bans/ suspensions

I was banned from chat on Xbox one a few weeks ago. My ban was lifted exactly a week ago from today. I am not pleased that I cannot enjoy my Xbox live experience currently. I served my suspension and now that it is lifted, I still cannot talk to my friends.
Anyone have answers for me??

Suspension lifted but still cannot speak to my friends

my suspension got lifted about 24hrs who but I still cannot speak to my friends or send messages I’ve tried everything trying to fix it

If the end date listed I your
Enforcement History has already passed but you're still seeing a suspension message when trying to play, that could indicate that the console may have been issued a temporary suspension as well. A console suspension would apply to any account signed into
that particular console. If you see the same message with multiple different accounts on your console, that's likely the case.

One way to test that is to try signing into a different Xbox One console with your account. If you're still able to play normally on a different console, but not yours, that would indicate a console was issued a suspension.

For more specific details on the end date for the console suspension, we'd recommend reaching our

You'll have to wait for the response from the enforcement team. They are the only ones who could lift your suspension to allow you to talk to your friends.

My suspension was suppose to be lifted on 12/6/2015 6:49pm eastern time and has not been lifted yet. It was a communication suspension and I can't talk in party's at all. Can you help?
