Dear Xbox Live/ to whom ever may read this

Not too long ago, I believe that I have been hit with a ban hammer for 1 week suspension suspending communications through text and mic. I was sending messages back and forth to someone and believe to have abbreviated the phrase 'know your stuff' into 'kys'
or 'k.y.s.' which is what I meant. I did not mean to say kys as meaning it in a derogatory meaning. For me, it is short for 'know your stuff' If possible, I would like for my case to be looked over again as it is a misunderstanding and to be unbanned. The
reason for the communication between us was because of him being AFK in a game, and I was explaining to him that he was in the wrong.
