Suspension in regards to xbox live communications

I would like to know if there is anyone I can to talk to find out how my account got suspended from being able to communicate with others. It would be a relief to know the exact incident that caused this to occur so that I have a firm understanding as to
why it happened. As of right now I don't believe I should've been suspended due to possible circumstances that lead to the event happening but that's unsurprisingly cliche'. If anyone could guide me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate the honest
effort.
