    Suspension help


    I am trying to Apply for a Review of a temporary suspension on my sons account.

    No emails have been sent to either emails linked to the account!! My son told me about it the suspension himself!

    I chatted with customer services yesterday, who kindly gave me a link to a forum which is no longer in use!

    The link on the enforcement page "Apply for Review" doesnt work in Chrome or Firefox. How do you get in touch with these people.

    Suspension Help

    Afternoon guys and girls,

    My account (not a gold member, I'm using it on our home xbox under the gold account of my partner) has been suspended.

    I cannot complete the online appeal process because I don't have Gold and I cannot do it via the gold account as that doesn't show any infraction on the code of conduct.

    I have had no communication online while playing over the whole Christmas holiday which is unacceptable without explanation.

    I have been advised to generate a new account by xbox help chat, but this is unacceptable as I have put hours of game play into this account.

    Please advise.

    In the event of a suspension a notification is send in the console and the email address associated with the suspended account. If the suspension is more than 24 hrs the parent account can apply for the case review related to a child's account. Prior to
    submitting a Case Review, you may be prompted to complete a short questionnaire designed to gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct. Failure to pass this questionnaire will temporarily prevent you from submitting a review, during which time we recommend
    familiarizing oneself with the Code of Conduct.

    The link works both with Chrome and Firefox so there is no problem there. For more info:

    looking for assistance regarding anot unfair suspension that cannot be resolved using your online system.

    Tried submitting a case review and it wont let me even do that. I was suspended 15 days ago and cant find any info on when it will be lifted and i cant even submit a case review. What do i do now?

    Based on the current message yes. If for some reason you still have a problem after 5:04PM recheck the the enforcement site to make sure you did not receive a second action. if you are all clear follw these steps below

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.
    Be ware that bans are do to a violation of the code of conduct and you can find a copy of the code on the enforcement site. The most common reason for bans is communication violations, Xbox live is a rated E for everyone service
    so keep your languge both verbal and written at that level

    unfortunately there is nothing that can be done from the forums. If you would like to dispute the decision made you can ask for a case review . please make sure
    you fully understand the code of conduct before hand.

    The only place to go when you have any questions about ban issue > https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    You can make a case review if you are not agree with the ban ( check faq to know how to )

    Hi. Like FrozaDrift Girl said, block and report him. By blocking him, he cannot message you, add you as a friend or see your contents. retaliating with name calling is usually a big risk to get suspended. For me, if a player messaged me and said
    bad things, I would block them regardless and report them. They are not worth retaliating.
    yes i know it was a silly thing i did i should of just blocked him and reported first, but with me having dyslexia bad its hard for me to understand the questions in the case review
