Suspension has ended but device is giving a later date and is still blocked

My Enforcement page says

‎Start date

15‎ ‎August‎ ‎2018‎ ‎04‎:‎10‎:‎56‎ ‎PM
‎

End Date

29‎ ‎August‎ ‎2018‎ ‎08‎:‎10‎:‎56‎ ‎PM

But the XBOX says

End date: ‎31‎ ‎August‎ ‎2018‎ 11‎:59‎:‎59‎ ‎PM

Why the descrepency please ?

suspension said to end 18/6/17 but has not been lifted (cannot submit case review)

Same. both of my suspensions ended but yet im still blocked from parties. Smh somebody must of threw a tech bug in their system. and what is this absurd conclusion saying that your unsuspended on september?

Console suspension

So when you have an end date on the console for suspension , because I've recently had a console suspension & it ended but I can communicate still . It ended July 8th & im still no able to communicate but I can play online & send messages from Xbox smartglass
. but I can't communicate . so would that be a problem on there end or mines . & take note it wasn't a account suspension it was a console suspension which started July 1st & was supposed to end July 8 . But I hasn't ended . & I would also like to know has
anyone ever experienced this & what happened if you did .

Sorry about the issue but here we cant get any infos about it…

Only the enforcement team can check and reply to you , so go to enforcement.xbox.com and contact them.

Now suspension duration are 24h, 7 days, or 14 days, ... so if its started 15th august normally on the 29th should be ended so call Xbox live (chat or a call phone with an agent ) to know why you still can use your account >

It may take up to 24 hours for your suspension to be completely removed. However, from what you posted it ends at 11:59PM tonight. Not now.

Otherwise, remove and redownload your account and that may refresh things on your end and have you be unbanned:

You do not have a permanent suspension. By the looks of it, you had a communications suspension on 6/22 that has already been lifted. If the suspension was still in place it would have a date for when it ends.

One of the dates would be for the strikes that were given, and the other is the end date for the suspension. If the suspension itself ends today, it can just be too early in the day. If it's the strike that expires today, but the suspension lasts until 09/2025, then you'd still have to wait.

Hi there,

When the suspension notification is sent out, it gives all users the note about a Permanent Suspension impact.

If the date of your suspension doesn't end in 9999, then you can ignore the note about permanent suspension impact as it doesn't apply in your case.
