Suspension Glitch??? Console ban??? What Is It?

Recently, I was banned for 2 weeks from 6/8-6/22, just now got unbanned, I joined my friend's party, but it said "Your privacy settings prevent chat with some people, I also tried to send a message to my friend and it still says "Because of your past behavior,
you cant send messages" even after my temporary ban was over. All 4 accounts on the Xbox are also saying the same thing, even though only one was banned. When I sign the Xbox Smartglass app on my computer, it also says that I'm still banned on my account,
but my little brother can use the Smartglass app just fine on his account, but not on the console. In my enforcement history, it says my last suspension given was on June 8th at 2:41 P.M and ended on the 22nd at 6:41 P.M. and shows that my suspension is over,
but the Xbox says I'm still banned.

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

Suspension length can vary depending on the severity of the situation as well as any previous suspensions. So you can be permanently banned with 1 complaint. But typically it starts at 24 hours-2 weeks. Now there are 3 month bans then account bans and console
bans.

 

im having the exact same problem, just a different date. ive been looking for a soultion for hours now, the most common answer ive seen is xbox is having problems but they have given zero information about its progress to fix the issue. so i dont have a
real answer, sorry.
