Suspension garbage.

Literally got a suspension for enforcement reasons. No explanation on the xbox enforcement website. after 5 hours of talking to bots on their support [mod removed], I figured out the suspension was for 7 days... Still no clue what it was for. Now I don't know if they have those same garbage bots working on the enforcement claims but dear god I hope not. So now I'm trying to get in contact with a REAL person who can actually help instead of asking if I tried submitting a claim to the enforcement website. Should bought another ps station. I've dealt with Sony's support crew. No where near this difficult.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and the only way to contact them is through a case review on the enforcement site. Unfortunately, the site is having issues not showing current suspensions which means a case review is not possible currently. Even if you speak to someone at support, they will not have information regarding your suspension. You'll have to wait for the site to be fixed.

The exact same garbage just happened to me. This is the 3rd time. 2nd time in 6 months!

Somebody loses a match twice to me, proceeds to harass and curse me out, but put *** to censor the words, I reply by saying stop crying. HE REPORTS ME AND I GET SUSPENDED FOR HARASSMENT. COMPLETE GARBAGE. I do the silly xbox questionnaire and pass, explain
my situation like I always do, and SUPRISE, suspension upheld!

I'm also a 7 year customer and will be canceling and going to PC. Screw this trash

If we canned our garbage, the can would just be more garbage and it all would just be garbage, therefore there can be no such thing as canned garbage, so your argument makes no sense and that makes EA awesome

@ireadmanuals Your wrong. Go read the suspension forums. How many times do you read that a person was suspended because a PET member observed them cheating. Don't give me that garbage. Like I said before, show me in those forums the last time someone
was to inquire about a suspension because of cheating in any other game but COD.
