Suspension from Xbox live for false reason

The enforcement teams do not use these forums.

The only way to contact them about an enforcement action is through the case review process on their website.

The thing is since your suspension is so short it does not qualify for a case review so unfortunately at this point you would have to wait out the suspension.

ALL reports are looked at by a live enforcement agent and determined if there was a violation of the code of conduct in some way if there was that is when they put the suspension on the account if there was not then they will not put a suspension on the
account.

That did not answer my question. by going to that link. It does not give me a CLEAR exact reason as to why i was banned. this is the reason it gives and this is not a clear reason.

I would like this removed from my account or looked at again because i believe this to be a false ban.

Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

What if some users report me for a false accusation, whether it’s an egrigous or communications offense, and results in a permanent suspension. Will the enforcement team be able to lift that suspension and suspend those accountable of doing such a thing?
The reason I ask this is because I’m much aware of the situtation of behaving properly and respecting the Code of Conduct. However, there are people who abuse the file complaint or report system and might get vulnerable people suspended from false accusations.

I do agree with steeledwand7664, Xbox rules applies to everything and that why it important that you read the code of conduct because the enforcement team wouldn't put a suspension on his account for no reason.
