Suspension from screenshot

My Xbox live account was suspended for screenshots but it doesn’t give me any info on which screenshots. GTA iv takes screenshots automatically and I think this is what caused the ban. I can’t get any help or answers.

Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here and even customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

Right, But why is it that I keep getting notice of enforcements from taking screenshots of my horse on red dead redemption??? I just received a suspension from it!

It shows 7 gamer picture suspensions active, was i spam reported or what? Because my Profile picture is simply a screenshot of Ed from GoodBurger, so there's no way I'm in violation.

It was the first suspension on the account, which i can prove with screenshots of the enforcement history.

Thanks for trying to help, but it seems you don’t understand. There is literally no record of any past or present suspensions on my enforcement page. There’s nothing there to appeal. I have 10+ screenshots to show all the suspensions I’ve been getting, and screenshots of the enforcement page after each one. Nothing there. Blank.
