Suspension Freezing My Xbox 360

i've been recently suspended from XBL for 15 days. i have read all of the troubleshooting guides that xbox.com has to offer and to no avail my xbox will still freeze. problem is as follows since the suspension.

-turn on xbox 360

-xbox screen shows motion as turning on

-loading up the xbox dashboard it says R3AP3R04410 has signed in

-when the xbox says "disconnected from live it freezes EVERY time without hesitation.

i have unplugged the xbox for a whole 2 days at one point and tried to troubleshoot through the forums and then xbox.com and i can't get any resolve. i have games i can play just offline, but i cannot get them to play when my xbox cannot get passed the
dashboard freezing. is there someone from xbox live who can help with this? my connection is 25 download and 5 upload so i know it's not my connection as i have talked to my ISP about the issue and they assured me it was xbox that was freezing my xbox up.
so i am asking someone from xbox to fix this issue so me and my son can play madden nfl 25 and other offline games until the lift of the suspension.

Does your XBOX360 freeze?

I faced screen freeze problem 2 or 3 times, and it was because of the faulty game discs. But there are some other reasons that make your screen freeze while playing. Overheating is a most common reason. You may have a look in this article that explains it- Xbox Freezing Solutions.

You know Mad Cow is absolutely right on this, if you do run the screen freeze solution it should work, but I will admit as well my system tends to freeze but that is after the systems starts to over heat. I will as well suggest event though they say you
can play your system with it standing, most gamers I know would say don't do it, as it is possible to scratch the CD, some will deny this some will agree, just each their own is all.

This has NEVER happened to me until this suspension so i dont know what went wrong when XBL suspended me, but this is kinda wrong to do to someones console
