Suspension for sending a message

Hello guys,

I just got a suspension for 14-days but Im sure I didn't deserve this suspension.

I won a game of FIFA and this guy was sending me a message with a abbreviation of something worse. I didn't know what it meant at that time and just sent the same thing back (so he would stop messaging me). Now I got suspended for this message and the guy
who started with this message (who is the most quilty person in my opinion) not. So I don't no if you try to make xbox live safer for everyone because you now make it difficult for the people who try to play game in the right way. Please give me your opinion
about this because I think its ridiculous I got suspended for something I didnt start and the guy who is responsable can still enjoy as much as he can..... I still pay so I have the right to have the online experience everyone has.

Unable to Speak After Communication Suspension

I have recently been suspended for communication. However my suspension has been lifted, I am able to send messages and hear my friends again. The problem is that my friends or anybody can still not hear me. It has been almost three weeks and the problem still consists. If anybody knows any solutions to this I would appreciate it very much.

 

I can't send or reply to any messages

I don't have any suspension ever and I have not been able to send or reply to messages at all on my account when I try to send messages it tells me "message didn't send messaging isn't working for your account fix messaging"

The Xbox Live Code of Conduct governs how we behave even when others are misbehaving. If you receive a message you perceive as being harassment, use the RBI method - Report the offending message, Block the user who sent it, and Ignore whatever they said.
It is advised to not retaliate or reply to any message they may send, because whatever you send will be measured against the Code of Conduct on its own; there is no "they started it" defense.

 

Did you report the other guy? If not, do so, no reason for him to not be penalized if what you are saying is true. As for your suspension, the only option you have to appeal to enforcement who based their decision on a collection of captured information.
And in the future, mute/report/block in stead of retaliating.

 

I know that, yes. The only thing that matters to me is that he is not suspended even when I reported him....

 

It may take a while, but if he violated the Code of Conduct he will be suspended too.

 

Me too I received 14 days of suspension, after 4 years without
[Mod Removed - Profanity] , simply because I told someone that the behavior was immature, and while respecting the rules I thought to block it.
But [Mod Removed - Profanity]enforcement did not want to listen to me even though - after 4 years of good behavior - I have never been banished.
So that's what I learn from your Xbox way.
The next time I want to [Mod Removed - Profanity] someone on Xbox I would take another microsoft account on another console my sons of a
[Mod Removed - Profanity], To say that your boring consequence is completely useless and unfair thank you for having
learned something today.

 

When you think I pay to be limited, I pay for [Mod Removed - Profanity] in fact, I should have gone to Sony, I have 55,000 Microsoft reward point it's close to $ 1500 to be limited and I still have the
conversation, I just said immature, there is no insult, no disruptive behavior and no incitement to hate.

You will need to contact the enforcement team and request a case review.

As the enforcement team is not present in the forums.

 

The enforcement team will issue a suspension/ban once they have investigated the report. Takes some time to go through all the data.

 

I did but they didn’t gave me a valid answer. Only why I was suspended en that there is nothing to do about it.... #thanksforthehelpmicrosoft#not
