And I'm the one who gets suspended? If you can't [Mod Removed]at games and lose, then do not try and give it in the first place by messaging pathetic attempts at insults over Live. Seriously good job I no longer own an Xbox One and Gears
4 is the only Live game I play on my PC along with my PS4 for console gaming. Absolute joke of an enforcement system.

My account got suspended for Marketplace Theft. How can I avoid being suspended again?

Hello, I will just start out by saying yes I did request to many refunds from Xbox Support. I just want to know a few things, number one is how can avoid getting suspended again after this suspension ends?, number two is that I haven't actually got a game
refunded in a while, does just asking support for a refund be considered an attempt? That's all I want to know, thank you for replying.

You can view your enforcement by logging in at
enforcement.xbox.com and from there file a case review if the ban is eligible. That is the only place to contact the enforcement team.

If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him from further abuse. Retaliating is harassment and object to suspension.

The exact same garbage just happened to me. This is the 3rd time. 2nd time in 6 months!

Somebody loses a match twice to me, proceeds to harass and curse me out, but put *** to censor the words, I reply by saying stop crying. HE REPORTS ME AND I GET SUSPENDED FOR HARASSMENT. COMPLETE GARBAGE. I do the silly xbox questionnaire and pass, explain
my situation like I always do, and SUPRISE, suspension upheld!

I'm also a 7 year customer and will be canceling and going to PC. Screw this trash
