Suspension for nothing.

I played on xbox live since 2006 and just 3 days ago I get a message from xbox and the my console shuts off. I'm come back on to see it says I'm banned for cheating .... I never cheat , run mods, exploits or anything of that nature. so I'm so mad and feeling
the disloyalty from Microsoft after all these years I have only had Microsoft products such as Windows computers, xbox ect. I really was half tempted to bust my new xbox one s out in the street along with everything else Microsoft in my house and switch to
Apple and sony. so I just take a breather and calm down thinking this has got to be a mistake so I look for way to resolve this matter. so I filled the appeal to the enforcement claim. thinking that would fix it was where I was wrong. no they said decision
upheld . I turned my xbox off for a day and I'm still at shock thatch would have a suspension on my account. I'm a legit player I play for challange, and gamersore. I don't know why this happened it doesn't make sence. I'm asking myself now why do I pay
for this. but we dont get comoensated our gold days we had ether. my gt:

I already did the case review and they responded simply with just the same thing but in a different way. It stated the same date/time in the case review decision.

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com Investigations do take time so the suspension would not have been issued on the same day as the action. It could have taken place weeks ago.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable however, you can however find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live
Gamertag. If you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

In this case though it looks like your Case Review was upheld, so that means that it was verified that somewhere along the line your account had violated the
Code of Conduct. Keep in mind that cheating is a broad term, it could also mean that other activities on the account took place. Some examples are listed
HERE on the Enforcement Stay Safe page. So it's best to follow the code of conduct to avoid any future enforcement actions.
