Suspension for nothing?

Made a group post A MONTH AGO about asking people if they had a banshee 900R (car from GTA5) on low grips. I then said "(Cayo or Mod)" I said that as payment but is there a chance Xbox seen "mod" as a bad word? Also why am I getting suspended a month later and ironically on Halloween the day I really wanted to play too unlock the "sasquatch" outfit. I also haven't played My personal console in 2 weeks because the HDMI port is broken, so seriously is this a sick ironical joke that I get suspended on the one specific day I really need to play? :/

http://enforcement.xbox.com Investigations do take time so the suspension would not have been issued on the same day as the action. It could have taken place weeks ago.

I already did the case review and they responded simply with just the same thing but in a different way. It stated the same date/time in the case review decision.

Thank you for clarifying things, I just never thought something that 1000s of people do daily would get me suspended when I needed too game the most 🥲

If you already submitted a case review and the enforcement team upheld their decision, then all you can do is wait it out.

Hello,

I received an email yesterday saying I have had an enforcement! When I try and view the enforcement it shows there is a warning, but you cant sign into the enforcement page to see what it is.

I am very surprised to see this allegation, as my account only plays 3 games; 2 of which are solo or with a known person too me. The other is a community I have been apart of for 2 years, and would not of done this!

Why cant the enforcements be seen? Why is there a constant error when trying to get support to call back?

What is going on?
