Suspension for nothing wrong

I’m on a 14 day suspension from playing online. I did not do anything wrong. While I was serving a 1 day suspension I was reported for something I didn’t do. I was reported for harassment while I was on a suspension and Xbox suspended my account for 14 days. I’m reaching out again because I never harassed anyone. I was not able to communicate with anyone at the time. Since I was already on a suspension Xbox suspended me for 14 days. There is no way to look into the game that fast as I was suspended right after the game was over, which takes about 5 mins to play. If there is any video or audio of me harassing anyone I would gladly take the punishment. we lost a game I was reported that’s bad sportsmanship and I get punished for it. I was told that there was a review but that can’t be true because the enforcement team would have seen I did nothing wrong. Xbox is not a good experience and if anyone is looking to get into game I would never recommend Xbox. There is no way to even contact or talk to anyone to fix a mistake they made. If they cared about the users of Xbox they would have better ways of looking into situations.

Ok if you don’t have any information why are you responding with probably. You respond to my discussion to discredit what I’m saying. I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG. I know when I got suspended and I know when it happened. It wasn’t for something previous. I was on a suspension and got reported again that’s all that happened. So they decided to give me a longer suspension. I only wrote on this discussion because if anyone was thinking of getting Xbox, I would strongly rethink that decision. No one is here to help you. They are here to take your money and that’s it. It’s clear look at all the discussions like this one and you will see ambassador trying to save face for a company that could care less about the consumers.

I never did anything wrong. You all say the same thing. Your system is majorly flawed. And good people that actually spend money is getting done wrong. No one can show me anything I did wrong. If someone reports you when you are already on a suspension you are already deemed guilty. I would never want anyone to spend money with a company like this. No way to even talk to a human about the situation. A scam system built to take peoples money and ban or suspend them at will for whatever.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the suspension and to see about submitting a case review. Keep mind, investigations do take time so suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place. Both suspensions could be for actions that took place days or weeks before.

Again, you were probably reported prior to the 1 day suspension and the suspension happened to be given at that time after the enforcement tram investigated. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and the enforcement site is the only way to get information. This is a community forum so we don't work for Microsoft and wouldn't have any further information.
