Suspension for no reason

My son is Autistic and was suspended. It does not give me a why. He is partially mute and only plays fortnite with neibor kids. His gamertag is
[Mod Removed - Personal Information]. He is 7 year old. Just wondering how in the world he got suspended.

We did update the billing information with the customer service guy by phone. He told me to come in here to find out why the account was "suspended" from purchasing. Was he incorrect?

The parent account associated with the gamertag is no longer active (they signed up using my adult nephews account rather than making a new one for me, his actual parent). Is there a way to switch the parent account on a gamer tag? Could this be the problem
with the account, because the parent account does not match the billing information? Partial billing is still going thru because they are still charging my CC for the xbox live account each month, but we can't download new maps, etc.

Reason for suspension?

That's a error code to do with purchasing rather than a suspension code. If he was suspended you'd get a message that says "this account has been suspended until XX/XX/XXXX". Check your credit card details and personal info stored on that account are up
to date and correct.

 

To find out, you'll need to sign in at
https://enforcement.xbox.com with your son's account. After sign-on click on the orange hammer icon. This will give some details about the suspension, and when it will end. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours, you should be able to request a case
review, which you will need to do from your Microsoft account.

 

Thank you! I have disabilities as well so it seems to confusing. I don't see color correctly so probably screw it up. Tomorrow I will have to set up a whole new email and account. Have him talk even though he hardly does, to no one. If a suspension happens
they could easily just sent it to an email even facebook does that. I know he will have a horrible episodes but I will have to ban fortnite game all together. Xbox just too confusing with so many settings and area's. Now I have to now go sign into another
location. I think just be easier with another account and my son not to talk to anyone ever online. I think my family will stick to Nintendo switch it's easier. Thank you so much for helping. It is my fault as a parent, I gave up gaming after disability and
gaming just doesn't mix for those type games. After so many years I assumed it changed. I was wrong so in conclusion my own fault.

Am sorry your experiencing this I would advise you not stop gaming because of a suspension. there many ways we can support you keep your son safe am willing help you if you accept my help. but I will let you know I can't be involved with suspensions.

You can appeal the suspension, if it's for over 24 hours, by visiting this page: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

If your appeal is unsuccessful, there is not much we can say, other than to wait until the suspension has elapsed.
