Suspension for no known reason

I have recieved a suspension to my account for no known reason, I cant make a case review as there is no enforcement in place and I am struggling to speak to someone that can help with this. Any one know what I can do about this? Only talk to friends
and family never converse with random people

https://enforcement.xbox.com to find out more info on your suspension.

If available, you can raise a Case Review. If you say you can't see a suspension, it just make take time to show on their site.

Try signing out of your account and back in on your Xbox to ensure it is still active.

How long is your suspension? 24 hour suspensions do not qualify for case reviews. The enforcement team does not monitor or respond to the forums either, so there is very little help you can get from the forums regarding suspensions. You will have to get
information from our
Enforcement Website going forward.

Aside from that, are you sure it is an account suspension and not an In Game suspension? I only ask since you said you cannot find your enforcement action.

 

My suspension is for 1 week. Ive spent 2 days trying to get this sorted. There is no enforcement in place and I am supsended from all communication etc. There is no reasonable explanation to this as I only speak to people I know and never send any form
of abusive communications.

The type of suspension varies based on the type of activity. Such as a communications ban can be for sending messages (even joking ones to friends who decided it would be funny to report you for it), in game chat or verbal communications. If you go to enforcement.xbox.com
there should be an option under How do I? then submit case review. This would only be for suspensions over 24 hours long.

 

I have tried all that mate. There is no reason for this suspension I have been on xbox for nearly 10 years with no issues until now.

 

There is no case to review mate. Nothing at all.

 

When you log onto https://enforcement.xbox.com with your Microsoft account, is there an orange hammer icon, or is there a tile that says "you have a perfect record"?

Can you double check to make sure you are signing into the right account when you are signing into the Enforcement website? All enforcement actions should be visible the moment you receive the suspension.

You can verify the email to your account on xbox one by going to Settings > Account > Sign in security and passkey.

Your email will then show up on the top of your screen.

 

I have one previous suspension for 1 day from 2016. No other cases to review at all.

 

I have used the same account for 10 years mate, linked to my email address.

Thanks for reaching out and keeping us updated! We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. So, the account says there is an enforcement but on the website there is no enforcement action shown? I would say to go on the console and check the
enforcement history there. Also, try to
remove the profile then
power cycle the console, Afterwards, add the account back onto the console.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;in middle column at the
top it will say "show on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag
and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.
