    Hi,

    so yesterday you guys banned me bc i said a words on messages but the guys i did this call me white trash by voice messages and i think it is unfair and unjustified to banned me. we all have 18years old and more bc we were player gta. this make no sense
    i can't talk or play with my friend. i pay for the services no to be treated like a child, he was just frustrated that i kill him but its part of the game and he harasse me by chat calling me white trash and bc of he's frustration he report me and now i am
    the one who is suspended but he started this **** talk

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement issues. If you logged in to enforcement.xbox.com and filed a case review with the PET and they upheld it there is nothing that can be done. I'm afraid that you'll need to wait out the
    suspension before you can get back online.

    There is almost always a good reason for the suspension but tou should take this up with the enforcement team.
