Suspension for Gamerpic of my Avatar?

Raging but also laughing at the same time. If I don't laugh I'll end up selling the thing.

Basically just had an enforcement placed upon my xbox live account for having a gamer picture of my Avatar. Absolute joke. How is this even possible. It seems like if you get reported there is a computer code that just takes action regardless of wether or
not someone is abusing the code of conduct.

So my question is how can I get a suspension for a gamer picture of my Avatar?

Absolute madness!

1.Im using a god damn hat from your avatar store of a gears of war merchandise locus head.

2. Also using another thing from your Avatar store a gears of war golden lancer.

3. Again using another thing from your Avatar store a chicago bulls jacket.

Not only did I pay for these I pay you monthly to use the service and buy games. To pure disbelief I'm suspended for using a feature that you guys have created and enabled us to you use. The picture in question:

Account suspension for gamerpic

Hello, Saturday my xbox live account was suspended for gamerpic dared because
my brother decided to laugh a can by logging on my profile and then adding a gamerpic dared.
Subsequently, I got an xbox message informing me about the suspension. That was really
not my intention and I apologize. Would it be possible to cancel my suspension? Thank you in advance!

Extension for a 24 hour suspension

I was suspended for 24 hours for my gamerpic then it got extended for 14 days, how does my suspension went from 24 hours to 14 days?

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

Tried that. Unfortunately not able to do so cause it's a short suspension. Still laughing at their pathetic ways.

Custom gamerpics are not allowed.

You can use of the gamerpics provided or your avatar/avatar props.

Using anything other than these would get you a suspension.

All you can use are the rubbish ones provided or your avatar/avatar prop.

The piccie to the left is your gamerpic. If you want your avatar to appear there, go to avatar design and take a gamerpic of your avatar!
