    Suspension enforcement action


    I have spoken to someone yday evening as my son has a enforcement action suspension on his Xbox although not showing on my account so am unable to access what/why this has happened. Could you please help. Thanks.

    Support does not handle enforcement issues. For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    It doesn't matter if anyone reports someone just for fun. The enforcement team will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct.

    I was recently on Xbox live when food winds decided to report me for fun. It got my account suspended temporarily but I talked to aireen a Microsoft support agent who is currently helping me with the sistuation

    If you go to the Xbox Enforcement website then get your son to sign in with his profile you should find details of the Enforcement action here.

    Can somebody clear this up?

    You get one case review per enforcement action.

    Some enforcement actions like a 24 hour suspension or console suspensions/bans are not eligible for case reviews.

    I would like to have my enforcement history cleared

    Enforcement actions are only cleared if you submit a case review while the suspension is active and the enforcement team lifts the suspension because they discovered it was in error. It is not possible to submit a review after the action is over.

    Hi, Enforcement do not follow the forums. You can get enforcement action even whilst on a suspension, due to previous actions.
