    Suspension ended


    Hello, good day, please i need some assinstance, yesterday it was supposed that my suspension from online games and communications end up , but today , after 1 day of it ends,i m still cant play multiplayer and communications, and i already reset my console
    and restore from 0, please what could i do?, where should i go to try to fix this?, i think i m not banned, because i m still aviable to log in but.....suspension stills when at enforcement saids yesterday was the last day.....hope your answers and thank you

    Suspension ended

    hi there,

    Im having an issue regarding a suspension I got 2 weeks ago. Im not gonna debate here about this suspension, but it ended today apparently, and I'm still suspended from my communication services. I can't reach the enforcement service by sending a case review.
    So I've been asked by xbox support to come here and post it on the forum. Any help will be appreciated

    Comms ban

    Shouldn't have trouble once the suspension has ended.

    That person said their suspension ended on the 13th June but the post was made on the 12th so that's probably why they were having trouble.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    On my enforcement.xbox.com, it says my suspension has ended, so I don't think that's the problem. Also, on the abox every time I try to play multiplayer it says "Xbox support cannot assist in this situation. Learn more about this suspension at enforcement.xbox.com."
    I don't understand what's going on.

    If you are sure there are not additional enforcement actions on your account try the following:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    Otherwise contact support by phone as see if there is still an enforcement action on your account

    Suspensions end at the same time they were issued.

    For example if the suspension was issued at 2:30pm then it will end at 2:30pm on the date the suspension is due to end.

    The suspension will end at the same time it was issued.

    If the suspension was issued at 2pm then it will end at 2pm etc.
