Suspension ended over a week ago, still can't use communication services

My communication suspension was over on the 11th of November. I've been in contact with six different representatives and I've gotten various responses. Ive been directed that the only way to get this resolved is through the enforcement team by way of a
case review. I'm unable to submit a case review because they are only available during the duration of the suspension, which its been over for a week now. Once I explained that I was directed to post in these forums and that I would get contacted by someone
on the enforcement team within two days and it's been six days since my first post on the forums. So I'm posting here again because nothing else has worked and this is getting ridiculous. So it'd be nice if somebody from the enforcement team could resolve
this issue sometime soon.

sending a case review (cuz I already used it) So I've been asked by xbox support to come here and post it on the forum. Any help will be appreciated

This is a known issue that the support crew are hard at work looking into. For updates, I'd recommend following the thread I have linked below Hopefully it'll be fixed soon!

Dude you're up a creek without a paddle this has been a "known" issue since October and nobody has any fix for it, and they keep handing out comms bans knowing it's going to screw peoples party chat over, it's ridiculous.
