    Hello.I write this mail because my main account has been suspended for communication I totally agree with this I insult a person after several warning by voice chat that I did him because the person who was in my team on Rainbow six seat kill me every time
    I totally agree with that but what I do not accept is to get banned for harassment while I did not do anything like that so 'I would like to be debarrassed for harassment because I have done absolutely nothing. I pay a subscription as everyone I have the right
    to play my console like everyone else. Please kindly get rid of me soon

    bonjour j ai eu une suspendion de mon compte plus de jeux en ligne et de tchat et recherche de groupe pendent 15 jours ca devais refonctionner aujourd hui .le jeux en ligne fonction pour mon compte et celui de mon fils mais pas de tchat ou recherche de groupe
    pour les deux comptes quand je vais sur enforcement xbox live la suspension est bien fini quand n zi t il du tchat et recherche de groupe. Merci de faire le nécessaire coordialement

    for any enforment related information you will have to use the enforcement.xbox.com website. Login with the suspended account for more information and you might have the option to do a Case Review etc.

    This is the only place to 'contact' the Enforcement Team

    This is a user based forum. So no one here has that information. When you are suspended you should have gotten a email with why you were banned to the same email you used on the suspended account.

    If not you can try following the steps here:

    to post a case review for more info.
