Suspension case review problem

I am trying to get a review for a communication suspension, however, When I click to agree on the terms it sends me back to enforcement homepage. Does this on both mobile and PC. Help please.

There is no one in the forums that can help you regarding enforcement acts. Your only possibility to clear the situation was through the case review process. Since the verdict was maintained from the XBLPET all you can do is reflect upon your behavior and

Hi there, sorry for posting this here, but I couldn't post on the correct forum as it's been locked for some reason

I am creating this thread because I am not happy about the reply and reasoning of my suspension and would like to give more details on why i was wrongly suspended because the 500 characters limit for "submit case" was not enough for me.

Since I was banned over a year ago for swearing to someone in a message I have not swore nor abused anyone via message or/and party chat since then, Also I have not used game chat in over a year too. Another side note is that my friend was suspended 3 hours
before me for the same reason.

The account in question was issued a one-week communications suspension. The behavior that led to this decision was the misuse of the communication functions to make homophobic remarks and other cruel comments directed at other players.

Xbox Live is designed to be enjoyed by everyone, and no one should ever have to feel unsafe or threatened on the service. Every gamer should feel welcome, and that experience cannot be achieved if players are permitted to harass and abuse others. Even if the
behavior was intended simply as smack talk, when such language is used in an attempt to abuse, demean, or otherwise cause genuine offense it’s no longer smack talk, but harassment.

While we appreciate your passion regarding this enforcement, we can assure you that this suspension was not issued lightly. Suspensions are only issued following a rigorous investigation of the account’s activity and conduct confirming that a Code of Conduct
violation occurred. Additionally, following the submission of this Case Review inquiry we thoroughly reviewed the circumstances behind the enforcement and again confirmed that the violation occurred and that enforcement action was warranted. As a result, we
cannot adjust or remove the suspension.

As you can see my reasoning for being suspended was due to " homophobic remarks and other cruel comments directed at other players."

Now...... I believe this user reported me "Im Owen Drew". I want to explain why he reported me, which he can confirm if you ask him yourself.

Owen Drew is a long time friend of mine outside of Xbox as we met in school, which is why he's on my friends list for this account. On Sunday around 1pm he received an email saying he was communication suspended for the same reason as me, I know this because
I was talking to him in a Xbox Live Party at the time and when he was suspended he called me to let me know what happened because he couldn't talk. Now, since we couldn't talk I came up with a plan and told him to download my second account and go on Skype
with it, knowing that if he used that account he called talk to me while playing on his other account. While we were talking I decided to joke about and say "go ahead and reply to this (while laughing)" which i then sent a message calling him a "***", so since
I was winding him up about his suspension he thought it would be funny to report my message, which now has lead us here.... with a 1 week suspension.

so..... that's why I am suspended and he can confirm that this was a joke if you simply contact him.

I want to explain a bit more why I know I am wrongly suspended:

Over a year ago I was suspended for swearing to another user (he wasn't my friend this time) and he reported me, this resulted in a 2 week suspension and I wasn't happy at all, but it was my fault. During this suspension I thought that if I was to do that
sort of thing again I would have a life time ban. If I had a life time ban I knew I would loose thousands of pounds worth of games due to them being digital, so I took it upon myself to not abuse or swear to other users or break any rules on Xbox Live. I have
avoided playing multiplayer games with strangers in case i upset them for being too good or bad and they would report me ( I only really play Rocket League), I avoided party chats with strangers, I haven't talked in game chat since that suspension and only
sarcastically reply to hate mail.

Example:

Hater: You suck

Me: Thanks.

That's what my replies would be like, so if what I said about Owen reporting me wasn't the reason then It was the immature players on COD Black ops 3 because in the past 7 days I have been playing that game with...... guess who...... yep, Owen.

I was last banned in 2015, Owen was last banned in 2010 (i think) We played Rocket League for weeks.... no suspensions. He wasn't online for months, then he comes on, plays COD, begs me to play with him, couple days later we're both suspended on the same
day 3 hours apart, so If Owen wasn't my reason for being suspended then little kids didn't like how we played, because we were playing Hardcore Search & Destroy running about with pistols and trip mines surprisingly topping the leader boards and these kids
were not happy so they reported us.

I hope this post helps explaining my suspension and the Enforcement team realize that it was all a joke or kids abusing the report feature and reverse my suspension.
