    Suspension because something I didn't do


    Dear anyone from Microsoft. My account got suspended for 2 weeks because of Marketplace theft. I didn't do such a thing ever. Everything I own or play are games I bought. My XLive Gold was bought also. So please Unsuspend
    me or give me 16 days extra of xbox live gold because I didn't do anything wrong on my account or Marketplace theft. I haven't been using my Xbox console for few days. Since 30.9 till today and now I see that I'm suspended. Never have I ever made refund or
    something like that. Unsuspend me. Or contact me on my e-mail so we can talk about it and so you can give me more info on my suspension since on enforcement site there is no good explanation. Thank you.

    Hello there. There is nothing xbox support can do to help with suspensions. The only way to get more information is to file a case review here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-gb

    You must be aware that if the enforcement team find additional evidence of breaches of the terms of use then you may receive additional suspensions. I’d also recommend reading this so you do not receive another suspension: Xbox.com Terms of Use and Notices
