Discus and support Suspension/Banning in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I would like to know what I said to get so I can know not to say it again on xbox.     Sam - Support does not handle suspensions/bannings. Contacting them will only send you back to the forums. For questions about suspensions/bannings, you have to post in the suspension forums (That Wicked posted) for the enforcement team to answer.

    Suspension/Banning

    Defending yourself is fine.If defend yourself in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk enforcement action.

    Always best to just report & block anyone harassing you online.A lot of the time people do this just to provoke a response so they can report you.

    You can file for a case review if eligible on the enforcement site

    You should receive an email addressed to the email account associated with the gamer tag that received the ban/suspension from Microsoft/Xbox telling you why you were banned. To check your enforcement history, you can go here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements
    just make sure to sign in with the affected account.

    You may not find the specific thing that you said to get banned, but it is worth a shot.

    sorry you will have to post in the correct forum the one for suspension and bans. also once a suspension is in place it is not removed it will either lift (if only a suspension) or wont (if it is a perm ban aka 12/31/9999 date). does not mater if its a
    first offense if it was bad enough to warrant a suspension or a ban you will get a suspension or a ban.

    To actually answer your question,profile picture bans/suspensions are classed as communication bans/suspensions which would be why you can't talk to anyone while the ban/suspension is active.

    If a Suspension is "Permanent", that would make it a Ban, not a Suspension.
