    Hello I’m Writing to you because I was just wondering why I can’t join parties or send messages due to a suspension ban but my Xbox is new and I have never joined a party on this Xbox before so would you be able to take the suspension ban off ?

    xbox help for god sakes

    sorry you will have to post in the correct forum the one for suspension and bans. also once a suspension is in place it is not removed it will either lift (if only a suspension) or wont (if it is a perm ban aka 12/31/9999 date). does not mater if its a
    first offense if it was bad enough to warrant a suspension or a ban you will get a suspension or a ban.

    To actually answer your question,profile picture bans/suspensions are classed as communication bans/suspensions which would be why you can't talk to anyone while the ban/suspension is active.

    If a Suspension is "Permanent", that would make it a Ban, not a Suspension.
