Discus and support Suspension/Ban for a long time in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i want my account unbanned bythe enforcement team my gamer tag is EnabledMarioHD and it has been banned since 2017 and the ban last until 12/31/9999...     i want my account unbanned bythe enforcement team my gamer tag is EnabledMarioHD and it has been banned since 2017 and the ban last until 12/31/9999 12:00:00 am please help me out.

    False Account Suspension

    Only the enforcement team deals with suspensions and bans. The only way to reach them is by filing a case review if your suspension is eligble for one.

    As a side note suspensions and bans only take place after an investigation. Most bans/suspensions dont take place at the same time of the offense. It would have been for something done weeks ago or even longer.

    If your ban is over a year old there is no way to appeal it on enforcement.xbox.com. The enforcement team does not use the forums. Please do not create duplicate threads. Thanks!

    If the ban was a week long that means it wasn't your first offense. Time limits on suspensions increase either with the severity of the issue or with the number of times you've been suspended. I'd say that with a week long suspension this is probably your
    3rd offense.

    Communication bans usually do not last very long, unless there was a major infraction. The suspension will lift about the same time it was issued once the suspension has run its course. I would chalk this up to a live and learn lesson. So you know, suspensions
    are not just acted on because somebody complained. All complaints are investigated, and only acted on if an infraction did occur. If she received a comm ban, its pretty certain that she did something to deserve the ban.
