Suspension appeal

Messaging to support for the enforcement team to uplift and appeal my recent suspension as of today. I was suspended for 2 weeks however I am not sure of the exact reason but I believe it is for asking modded players to give me money on my grand theft auto
account that I never even got nor have I even joined a modded lobby in attempts to do so ... I do not believe my suspension fits the reason or suspicion to do so &I am eager to play world of tanks so will you please uplift my suspension &I apologize for anything
I may have done wrong...

All reports are reviewed, and if you did incur in any violation of the TOS they take actions.

Suspension appeal

I'm giving my appeal here. Gilbert D with support suggested this avenue because I can't submit a case review for my suspension. I received a 24 hour suspension from being able to communicate through messages and chat. I have an impeccable player rep history
and was reported by someone with a "needs work" history. I thought that those players didn't get in game lobbies with players in good standing? Irrelevant though.

I will admit that my one comment made was slightly inappropriate, but considering it was in response to someone trolling me and sending me multiple messages during the gameplay, who can really blame me.

Tomorrow is Christmas and I've purchased a fourth Xbox one so my youngest can have one in his room, too. Now, I can't play and chat with him or my other two boys on Christmas as they enjoy more Xbox merchandise that I've bought.

My appeal is simply that a player with a shady history begins messaging me during a game, I respond after he sends multiple messages. He responds again and I do nothing. After the match is over, my connection is interrupted and I get a message from Xbox
saying I've been suspended. A decision was made that quickly after someone with his player rep makes a complaint about a player with zero complaints against him until that moment. Character matters when you're giving credibility to someone, and I don't believe
that someone with his rep deserves that credibility. It has to be earned.

In closing, I'd like to have my 24 hour suspension reversed please.

You would need to post here in order to contact the enforcement team -
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx But there is no appeal process.

The majority of console bans are permanent & can't be appealed.

If it's a console suspension then you'll have to wait until the suspension is over.Console suspensions can not be appealed either.

As the appeal process can take longer than 24 hours it is not worth appealing a one day suspension as it is lifter before the appeal process would finish. Its not the fact there is no appeal process for a 24 hour suspension It is more efficient not to
offer one

The only place you can appeal a suspension is the Enforcement website:

If it is appealable, then the suspension listed there will have an appeal button next to it

The Enforcement website has been a bit glitchy recently so the suspension may not be listed at all

2 day suspensions can't be appealed because by the time the appeal is investigated the suspension would be over.

But all suspensions were for the same thing so I appealed with the exact same message for each appeal, how can they see an issue with 3 of my suspensions and appeal me for it but then see no issues with 2 of my suspensions and deny my appeal when they're all for the same thing and I used the same message for each appeal? I'm trying to make sense of it but It just doesn't make sense to me.
