Suspension and enforcement ban

my friend reported me as a joke and im banned untill march 1st 2018 and I was banned in November 20th and it ended in December 4th but for some reason they decided to extend it to March 1st 2018 and it's just ruining my game experiences I can't talk to people
or communicate with them which makes me sometimes lose a game and get frustrated.

Enforcement on Xbox

Today i received an email that my account from permanently banned. I went onto the link that they posted and it turns out i got banned for soliciting etc. I submitted a case review and went looking for more information. Most suspensions/bans are 1,7, or 14 days and my type of suspension followed under that list but then it said something about if the action was egregious or excessive bans, it could lead to a permanent one. In my case i tried selling my og gamertag, the guy messaged me about it, i told him how much and what payment. He declined, i said ok, and then we didn't message again AND no personal info was transferred, so in my defense it was not egregious. I have only had 2 ENFORCEMENTS, a good reputation, and no consecutive or reappearing issues. I do not think that deserves a permanent ban from all my years of gaming and achievement i have earned. There is clearly a flaw in the system.

Help please Xbox Enforcement

Enforcement does not handle this issue. Enfocement just handles bans and suspensions.

what sounds like happened is because of you previous enforcement history the enforcement team has put a 100 day suspension on your account.

these types of suspensions are not reviewable so you will just have to wait till march 1st.

keep in mind every report that is made is investigated even if it was done as a joke if there was a violation of the code of conduct then the enforcement team will suspend the account.

It's most likely not a permanent ban, but there is an issue with enforcement happening that is telling everyone who has been getting a suspension that they are permanently banned, but the ban won't show on the enforcement site. Until the enforcement site is fixed, it is not possible to get more information about the suspension.

There's no set number of suspensions that will lead to a permanent ban. You can get a permanent ban without having any prior suspensions. Or you can get 5 suspensions and then get a permanent ban.

They recently updated/moved the enforcement site and I think it's had some issues. It doesn't necessarily mean your enforcement history is clean.

The xbox live enforcement team can not provide any info on game specific bans/suspensions so going to the enforcement site would be pointless.

Any game specific suspension/ban needs to be done via that games developers/forums.
