Suspension affecting all other account's on xbox one

I was unrightfully suspended on my account because of spam of angry children I played against and in suspension it has banned all my other family's accounts and friend accounts on my xbox. The suspension states this specific account but it's
jurisdiction has succeeded and is giving the same penalties to my other accounts when I check the other accounts histories and they have a perfect record? So please help me fix this glitch. Thank you

We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active account suspension or a permanent suspension from within the last 12 months, you can submit a Case
Review to the Policy Enforcement team. It does sound like there is a console suspension at play here, and information should have been sent to your MSA email about the suspension.

Thank you for keeping us updated. As stated above, the enforcement actions are account based. This means the suspension is issued on a single account, and other accounts will not be affected. The only way for a suspension to affect every account on the console
is if you receive a console ban. We hope this helps!

Roblox and Microsoft are two different platforms. Suspension on one doesn’t affect the other.
