Suspension acting strange

There was a Suspension on my side showing in the enforcement history and for the agent it wasn't showing for them it was a Game DVR suspension I was wondering if any other suspension would last longer than 24 hours even though the suspension I had receive
was a false suspension. I will provide a case number if needed.

I have a wireless controller, and a plug in controller, if I am playing Xbox 360 with someone else. If I plug the controller into the first slot, it kind of goes crazy, and you can not press any buttons. If I unplug the controller, and put it into the second slot, it works fine. What is going on here? Is it my controller, or the slot in the Xbox 360?

 

You should be able to log in to the enforcement team website and see the date/time the suspension is to expire. You can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible. Generally, the enforcement team also sends an email with that information.

It doesn't give me the option to submit a case review so what can I do to make it "eligible" and also you didn't explain on why it was not showing up for the agent I called. This whole thing is a mess and I just would like it to be resolved and if it were
to happen again in the future I would not want to be penalized a longer time because of it being my second offence.

If the suspension is not eligible for a case review the only options is to wait out the suspension.

Phone and chat support don't handle suspensions. Only the enforcement does. So they may not have all of the correct information.

 

Then what can you guys do about this false suspension I had received if I cant even submit a case review?

 

We're just fellow gamers like yourself so there's nothing we can do. Submitting a case review would be the only way to contact the enforcement team so unfortunately if you're not able to submit a review, all you can do is wait out the suspension. They typically
don't suspend or ban an account without a thorough investigation, so it's actually rare that they get overturned.

 

Well ok that was all I had to ask. too bad I cant do anything about this false suspension other than wait it out but it will stay marked on my record...it was just a screen shot Samuel L. Jackson
