Suspension Accurate??

I posted this yesterday, but do not remember which forum I posted too.. So here it is.

[table][tr][td] This is extremely frustrating... My husband, son and I work off of two Xbox live accounts. December 7th, Wednesday evening my son was playing a game with his friends. They started out with it being open to other players. Then continued playing with only a few of his friends he goes to school with. The next day, he hops on after school and "Suspended for Cheating" pops up. Both accounts are suspended..? * We submitted a rebuttal to the Enforcement team.. No 'real' help there, just computerized denial to lift suspension. * Xbox live gaming is filled with hackers and modders who are able to take advantage ofall players in a game, change the graphics, hack into personal accounts & change points, glitch games, change maps,BOOT OTHER PLAYERS OFFLINE, etc.....the list goes on. HOWEVER, my son ( NOT a hacker or modder), got 2 weeks suspension for "cheating"??? * He received one suspended day last month, (he was apparently given modded camos (sp?) he could care less about.) But, those are the rules, and we get that. We haveNO idea what we have done wrong to get suspended for 2 weeks, especially with no real explanation.. *Please check your systems; the "enforcement team" is obviously having problems catching the truly advanced, savvy hackers of Xbox gaming. And for a large gaming industry, I am absolutely shocked that modern technology has not allowed for the ability to decipher and categorize between the minor problem here and there that warrant 1-2 days suspension, from the MAJOR PROBLEMS that warrant 2 weeks and then some. * **My husband and son are planning to buy two Xbox One S consoles for early Christmas presents. We may not continue with that plan. As of now, it seems your enforcement team clearly can't catch the actual hackers and suspend them, instead seem to suspend both innocent and/or good hearted players trying to have fun with their friends online. Please help, very frustrated with Xbox Gaming. Have been loyal customers since 2002. Amy [/td][/tr][/table]

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

You do realize that it's a privacy violation right?

Just communicate better it's not rocket science

Nor will they repeat offending msgs as they also have to follow the same rules

Why don't you use common sense like 99.9% of live and other online players who never have enforcement issues regardless of service

You must be rated e for everyone and don't spam people it's That simple
