    Suspenion over profile content?


    I received an email stating my account had been suspended due to a inappropriate content in my profile. I can't even recall what was in my profile because the last time I edited it was back in like 2008. The enforcement website is extremely vague about it
    and gives no option for a case review even though it meets the standards.

    Any clarification would be helpful.

    ive been un communication banned and for some reason i cant hear anyone i went into a support chat and he said he kept getting the same message with all of his tools

    Hi callum1621, If you account has been suspended it may seem that you have broken the Code of Conduct and there for will not receive a email or notification from the Xbox Enforcement Team.

    You can always post on the Account Suspension forum for which console was suspend: Xbox 360 or Xbox One where a member of the XBLPET will reply to your post.

    Sadly, we can't do anything here that has to do with enforcement.

    Best thing you can do is follow the steps provided for you on Xbox's enforcement page.

    As this post is from August I think the op's suspension is over.

    Either way,the ban/suspension forums are not used anymore & haven't been since August last year so no point sending people there.

    You need to tell them to go to the enforcement site

    Cal customer support and see if you're account is in suspenion to due to a problem with your credit card. Sounds like a billing violation
