Suspending unjust account.

Hi my

account was suspended for two weeks 17/05/2015 unjustly for the sake of a

user using tricks in the game call of duty advanced warfare, in a

gaming session this user altered many players in session and wrote to me Give

it my account I refused the day after I was suspended my friend had

contacted me these days saying that he had contacted you and that he had

received an excuse email from the Microsoft service and a two week code

that we can use in the game, The more I would like to

remove the Enforcement and Activity history list that appears to me

cheating Enforcement detail: - this account has used unauthorized

hardware or software or other illegal tools to disturb the gaming

experience of other players. Thanks for the support

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

The enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans or suspensions and they dont use the forums. Support is know for giving incorrect information in regards to bans/suspensions since they dont deal with them.

That being said the only way to contact the enforcement team is by filing for a case review (if eligible) as described here:

However since you said you gave him a "taste of his own medicine" im assuming you mean you said something against the code of conduct as well which is why you would have been suspended.

It doesnt matter how a situation starts. If you retaliate and say something against the code of conduct then you would have broken the same rules as the other person and as such can be suspended as well

You can try filing for a case review but since you stated you retaliated it would be pointless to do since the decision would just be upheld.

Everyone says their ban/suspension is unjust and unwarranted. If you have such a quarrel about it and believe it was wrong, post in the Support Forums, under the My Live Account has been suspended thread, or call into phone support and have them run an unauthorized
access investigation. But majority of the time, they don't make mistakes when banning people, and they have evidence that the Code of Conduct and/or Terms of Use were violated, and they can ban/suspend as they see fit.

The problem is it prevents me from even doing that. I already tried and said my case isn't eligible. It is completely unjust that I get suspended and they don't. I shouldn't even be in the first place. But thank you for the help anyway.

Please sign in your the suspended account and go to
enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcements to review the reason for the suspension. If it felt that it was unjust you can begin a Case Review with the XBLPET to review your case. Also, keep in mind that you don't want to post personal information in your
posts (e-mail address, passwords, incident numbers, etc.). Thank you,
