suspendid for?

my account has been suspended. i havent done anything that warrants this and challenge xbox enforcement to bring proof of wrong doing forward. These actions are unjust and have now interfered with services that are paid for. i will be reporting the 24 hour
los of service to the BBB of Canada. You also have no options to properly dispute a 24 hour ban with out just cause and dont deal with things in a timely manner. your a bunch of **** crooks to kids!

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team do not use the forums and no one on the forums can do anything about your suspension. If the enforcement team upheld their decision with your case review, then all you can do is wait
for your suspension to end.

so its ethical to lock someone out with out showing just cause and xbox is above the law because it has made its own apparently? or
