can a member on the enforement team lift my communication ban of 14 days and make it 7 days, would really like to talk to a member of the enforcement team about this

Console Comunication Ban

So I got a Comunication Ban on my account which is understandable but I’ve never had a Ban like this before because the whole console has a Comunication ban regardless of the account signed in and also it doesn’t tell me when I Get unbanned on the enforcement
website if anyone can help tell me how long the Ban is that would be great

The enforcement team are the only ones that can handle this situation at the moment. So you would need to hear back from them to see if you can get the ban reduced or lifted.

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team do not use the forums and no one on the forums can do anything about your suspension. If the enforcement team upheld their decision with your case review, then all you can do is wait
for your suspension to end.
