    SUSPENDED


    For the past 1.5 hours I have been trying to figure out why my children's account was suspended. Please contact me with more information via Email.

    I have spoken with 2 chat representatives and have not been given an answer. When I don't know a reason why we were suspended I can not teach my children what NOT to do in the future. I assure you their activities on XBOX tonight were innocent, Minecraft and Just
    Dance 2015. Both were played under parental supervision. All children were clothed and we do not allow ANY vulgar language in our home even from adults.

    Please contact me as soon as possible with updates. Here is the reference number from my chat sessions: 1378650882 (both were recorded under this number). I spoke with George G. and Drixy G.

    Thank you for your time as I'd like this cleared up as quickly as possible.

    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    Please try checking the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site hopefully you will be able to find out additional information here about any suspensions. Please note you may need to sign in under your child's account to view this information.

    I am posting from her account. And this morning when I look it shows up grey instead of orange. Its been less than 12 hours. But I have yet to receive information on WHY this even happened. The why seems to be the most critical information. Her account can
    still play on live and access their games but, I can't explain to them what the problem was and how not to do it again if I don't know the WHY behind the cause.
