My son as been suspended over Xmas and birthday so enforcement as ruined this for him, he as been on Xbox live over 6years now and I check his messages every week and it is just banter, I think Xbox need to up date theirs code as they DONT LOOK AT BOTH
SIDES OF THE PICTURE, I have learnt my son to stand his ground cause if keep telling other people they get BULLIED FACT , so now I have one very down son all through enforcement bit looking at both sides so thank you, you have ruined one child Xmas and birthday

Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

 

the enforcement team dont do there job right

The enforcement team do their job just fine.

Your son would of been suspended for violating the ToU/CoC.If you retaliate in a way the breaks the rules then you risk being suspended,doesn't matter who started it.

They do look at both sides.

Anyway,the enforcement team don't use the forums.The only way to contact them is via a case review if eligible

Hey Flex, I understand the frustration. I would recommend checking out
https://enforcement.xbox.com and appealing the suspension. then going forward, I would recommend that your son visit the people who are bullying him and report those users, then block/mute them. Why risk your account when they are risking their own?

Also to keep your businesses services in tact while your son having a xbox live account, I would suggest having a child account created. To create a child account, all you have to do is create a new account for them but use their birthday, then it should prompt
you to link your account as the parent. Giving a separate but together accounts.

He has no one to blame but himself and you apparently, since you taught him to "stand his ground". You probably should have concentrated on teaching him the rules for interaction on Xbox Live instead but we all make choices we have to live with.

 

point one- false. point two- yet the other person almost never gets banned. Point three- Not with an unbiased attitude, they don't.

 

You do realize that it's possible to stand your ground without resorting to calling people names or saying things that are insulting, right? I'm sure that you do since you and I both did it in our posts. Standing your ground is about not allowing somebody to
disrespect you, not disrespecting them back. These should be the rules for all social interaction, not just for Xbox Live. But we'll go round and round with this because "everybody" who was suspended is "innocent' and "did nothing to deserve" their suspension.
