    - I can not see why and neither can the xbox support team. Can you please give me a good explanation

    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    Please go to enforcement.xbox.com/home and sign in to view any standing enforcements on your account, you will be able to see why you were suspended and if you believe the suspension was a mistake
    then you can while a review case for you account, hope this helps.
