Suspended ?

had a payment issue with PayPal which resulted in my sons and my xboxlive not working.changed payment method,paid both accounts and still can't get online.microsoft say to contact enforcement team but I have recieved no emails about suspensions.can you check
what's going on

Suspend/resume of games was always going to be there Det. It was one of the things I was most looking forward to about the console.

enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo to see if there's any enforcement action against your account but this sounds to me like the account could be suspended due to an outstanding balance.

You would need to phone support on 0800 587 1102 (U.K.) to pay it off if that's the case.

 

You can pay it off on the website now you go into subscriptions and it will give you the option to pay the outstanding balance.

 

Hi my name is Gus casucci and I got suspended today and I looked at why I was suspended it doesn't seem right at all. It all started yesterday when I was playing nba2k16 and I tried out for a clan called 38Hot.I made the clan and I only got to play with
some of my members.It says I was suspended for vulgar language and threats to people. My last 4 messages were people sending me messages saying congrats and good job for trying out and I responded saying thank you and subscribe to my YouTube and twitch. So
I really don't know why that is threatening but anyway this clan that I joined might be going far and seeing places seriously like the guy that is the leader I'm a big fan of him and I joined his clan finally. So I'm just trying to have lots of fun with my
clan and my fans.Like it's hard now to explain to my YouTube fans and twitch fans why I can't upload videos or stream because I'm suspended. Now I might lose viewer's and subscribers. Just please help me out and make my day #SaveRez38Hot

All you can do is log in via the link I provided & ask for a case review.

Losing subscribers to your youtube channel is not grounds to have the suspension lifted though.

You wont be able to if it's just a 24 hour suspension though.

Once the 24 hours is up it will be automatically lifted.

 

I DON'T HAVE A 24 HOUR SUSPENSION IT'S 2WEEKS

 

Then ask for a case review.
