    Hello, my account named (demie) has been banned on the 24th of january for absolutely no reason. I have an xbox tenure of 6 years and a good reputation.

    On the xbox.enforcement website it does not show my suspension. I am not able To file a case review.

    I have never used cheats/hacks or anythi g else on demie. My last suspension was in 2018 for communication. Like I said the ban that has been put on demie it doesn't make any sense.

    One of my accounts was banned recently and they decided To ban my demie account too. Even if Ive done something on an other account I shouldn't get ban on the account that hasn't done anything. I dont know how To reach To their backend support team To explain my point of view in order To get my demie account back.
