    Hello,

    My account has been hacked as of 10/27 and bank card charged. Im in process of trying to get refund from bank. But no access to my account. The expedited team still has not called me back and I have no idea what's going on with my account. Now as of 11/3
    I received an email saying my account is now suspended for inappropriate use. What does that mean?? And what do I need to do? And will I be able to get my account back?

    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    It sounds like, because your account was compromised (not hacked, you can't hack an Xbox account), they may have suspended it until the investigation is cleared. The email should state this. Otherwise, the thief may have used it to violate the rules.

    Keep working with Xbox Support and continue being patient. They'll get you sorted out. Suspended :)

    Ok thank you. It does not say that in email. It just states the rules. But that must be it. Makes sense. And not hacked okay. Don't want to be using wrong words. Idk what's going on. But thank you very much.

    I got suspended for 2 weeks then when I was supposed to get un suspended tomorrow and I got a email stating that I was doing account theft and I wasn't and I was wondering will I get unsuspended because it suspended me until 12.31.9999 and I know who

    Always best to open a new post rather than tag onto another. You would need to post here

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     to inquire about the ban/suspension. Please note - they do not ban or suspend anyone without evidence. Also please do not call out other Gamertags on the public forum.

    Enforcement does not ever read this forum.
