    Account has been suspended and I have no option to have the case reviewed. This needs to be fixed or I need to be refunded the time that I have not had full access to my account.

    hi i got suspended from xbox live for no reason i am not wasting my time waiting for xbox live to unban me because its a waste of time i dont no why i got suspendedd but the thing that i think is wrong is that i banned but still have to pay for gold membership.
    i think playstation network is so much easier and i will go off xbox live and change to playstaion network because this is a disgrace! gamertag is: R4GExSN1Pz

    Any details about an account suspension can be found by logging in to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com    . If eligible, you may submit a case review as an appeal.

    If a case review is not available, all you can do is wait it out.

    For refunds, you would have to try contacting support and speak to billing, but they typically do not issue refunds for suspensions. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Also, spoke to someone from xbox chat who left the conversation before anything was resolved. Terrible customer service.

    Depending on the length of the suspension depends on whether its eligible for a case review or not.

    24 hour suspensions are not eligible because by the time the enforcement team reinvestigates the report the suspension will be over.

    90 day suspensions are not eligible because they only put those on as a last resort before permanently suspending the account because the behavior that got the suspension has been continuously been done and the profile has not learned the lesson from the
    previous suspensions.

    Gold is not suspended when your account is suspended, so you do lose that time when you are suspended.
