    Suspended


    I was suspended from Xbox live today and wont be able to sign in until 9/9/14. I received an email from Microsoft saying why but i was just playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 1. I wasn't tampering any system or hacking. I simply played a game of domination
    and was signed out of my account and then i proceeded to sign in again and that's when it said that i was suspended. I need help to get my account because i did nothing wrong. Help me please.

    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    For all that is holy DO NOT call Support. They can not help you. If you received an email it should have explained to you why you were suspended. Getting a suspension overturned will not happen. You will have to wait it out.

    Maybe i was mistaken cause i'm pretty sure i didn't do anything and this is the second time this has happened to me for the same reason both times.

    It doesn't seem likely you were hacked, if this is the 2nd time you've been suspended.

    Gold is not suspended when your account is suspended, so you do lose that time when you are suspended.

    Your account will be un-suspended at the exact time that it was suspended.
