    I was recently banned for using a “sexual” profile picture on my Xbox live account. I was doing it as a joke with my friends and the profile picture wasn’t even up for more than a minute. Spring break starts tomorrow and I’d really love it if it could get
    removed one because I did not intend on keeping it as my profile picture and two because it was a joke and not that serious. If the date would atleast ben moved that would be great

    Anyone having issues turning on XB1 right now?

    Try a hard reset. If you are just suspending it, then it will just resume in the state you suspended it in.

    You'll need to request a case review in order for the ban to be looked at: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    Only the Enforcement team can remove or adjust the ban so you'll need to go through the steps linked above in order to possibly get it reviewed.
